Abstract Geometric.

Additional Information

The vertical material is a hammered railroad train axle, the base is a train wheel. UP gave the artist the opportunity to use their machine shop to squish this train axle in it's hydraulic presses. Millions of tons of pressure was necessary to flatten the specially hardened steel axle into these shapes and twist it.
